- www.garysrecandtech.co.uk and Gary's Rec & Tech Diving is an advertising avenue, and introducer of, Suba + Outdoor Pursuits - The dedicated recreational diving division and Tech Pursuits -The dedicated technical diving division of the Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centers. Any communications, agreements or arrangments are soley between you Scuba Pursuits and Tech Pursuits.
- All training and services are provided through Tech Pursuits and The Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centers. Gary's Rec & Tech Diving does not operate independently.
- Tech Pursuits and The Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Center are trading names of Cannock Scuba Center Ltd.
- We work closely with a number of other IANTD facilities and instructors to ensure that we can provide you the best possible training.

- Information Retained during a visit
During a visit to the garysrecandtech website, our server (as do most servers) will collect information on your IP Address and referring pages. This information is submitted anonymously to allow us to measure activity, monitor page use and errors and rate our advertising campaigns. At no point can anyone access any of your personal information, this information is not retained by us, and is not used for any other purpose

We will only store any information submitted to us by you if you explicity request us to. You can be removed from any mailing list by utilising the remove information given provided in any communication or by simply getting in touch with us and asking to be removed.
